We're building a UK-wide facilities service around engineers who know their trade and a helpdesk that backs them up, not the other way round.
Who we're looking for
ILUX places qualified engineers by region, across fire and safety, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and general fabric trades, so work is covered close to where it happens rather than dispatched from a single depot. Alongside the trades, our helpdesk and account management teams keep every job moving: logging calls, tracking response times and keeping clients across multiple sites informed.
Whether you're a qualified engineer covering a region or you'd rather be behind a screen keeping the jobs on track, ILUX takes on people who are straightforward to work with and good at what they do.
What we look for
- Relevant trade qualifications and experience for engineering roles
- A steady, methodical approach to reactive and planned work alike
- Clear communication, since every job is reported back through the client portal
- For helpdesk and account roles, a calm head when a client has ten sites and one urgent problem
