Audit-ready. Every site. Every day.
Fire, electrical, water and statutory compliance don't run themselves, and no single trades contractor sees the whole picture. We do: one compliance diary across every site you run, one register of what's due, and the evidence to prove it whenever an inspector, insurer or auditor asks.

We don't just do the trade. We own the diary.
ILUX builds one register of every statutory and best-practice obligation for every site you run, carries out the servicing and assessments, and keeps the evidence in your client portal in date, all the time.
What you get
- A single compliance register covering fire, electrical, water and access across every site
- Servicing, testing and assessments carried out and certificated under one contract
- Certificates and reports uploaded to your portal the same day
- A monthly status report with RAG status by site, so you know what's due before it's overdue
- One account manager who can answer for the whole estate, not just one trade
A compliance management plan puts it all in one place.
Every obligation, every site, one due-date register and one monthly report — built and kept current by us, not chased by you.

Reporting & documentationHow we take it on.
Three steps from first conversation to a compliant, reported estate.
Baseline audit
We survey every site against the twelve compliance areas and tell you exactly where you stand today.
Management plan
We build the register, the due dates and the servicing schedule, and agree it with you before anything starts.
Kept in date
Our engineers carry out the work, the evidence lands in your portal, and the monthly RAG report tells you what's covered.
Common questions.
Do we have to move every compliance area to ILUX at once?
No. Most clients start with a baseline audit and move the highest-risk areas across first — fire compliance is the usual starting point — then add the rest as contracts renew.
What if we're already non-compliant somewhere?
The baseline audit will tell you. We flag anything overdue or non-compliant with a priority and a fixed price to put it right, and make anything unsafe safe on the day.
Who actually holds the paperwork?
You do. Everything sits in your client portal, so it's yours to show an inspector, insurer or auditor whenever you need it — not locked in an inbox or a filing cabinet.
Can you manage compliance for sites where you don't do the maintenance?
Yes, though most clients find it easier when the same engineers doing the servicing are also the ones keeping the register current.
Know where every site stands.
Tell us how many sites you run and what's covered today. An account manager will come back to you within one working day.
