Our coverage
We cover the whole of the UK from bases around the country, with engineers working by region, so a call-out in Cornwall and a call-out in Cumbria both go to someone who actually covers that patch.
Why coverage matters more than a head office
Engineers are placed by region, so response times reflect who's actually within reach of a site, not a national average. That's why response times in our contracts are agreed by region rather than promised as one blanket figure — a conurbation and a rural area don't have the same engineer density.
How coverage works in practice
- Regional bases, with engineers covering their own patch rather than travelling from one depot
- Response times set per region and written into your contract, not left as a vague promise
- The same helpdesk number and client portal wherever your sites are
- New regions added as your estate grows, without renegotiating the whole contract
See what response looks like in your region.
Priority levels and response windows are agreed by region and by fault type before your contract starts.
Growing with your estate
Most clients don't start with every site on the contract at once — sites move across region by region, so cover is never gapped. As you open new sites or regions, the same account manager and portal cover them.
Common questions.
Do you cover sites outside England?
Yes, we cover the whole of the UK. Response times are agreed by region as part of the contract — see response times & coverage.
Is response time the same everywhere?
No. It's set by region, reflecting realistic engineer coverage rather than a single national promise. You'll see the figure for your regions before you sign.
What happens if we open a site somewhere new?
Tell your account manager. We confirm the response time for that region and add the site to the schedule — no need to renegotiate the whole contract.
Wherever your sites are, we cover them.
Send us your site list and we'll show you what coverage and response look like in each region.
