One ILUX project manager, whichever trades are involved, so you're not relying on separate companies to hand off to each other.
Can you work around a live opening date?
Yes, the programme is built around your target date from the first survey, and we track progress against it in your client portal throughout.
Can a fit out move onto a maintenance contract afterwards?
Yes. The asset register we build during the project feeds straight into a planned maintenance schedule if you want continuity from handover.
Do you cover sites outside England?
We cover the whole of the UK; project teams travel to the site rather than being limited to one region.
