Typical faults we attend

  • Doors not closing, latching or fire-rated doors damaged
  • Ceiling tiles down or water-damaged
  • Floor coverings lifted, cracked or a trip hazard
  • Broken or cracked glazing
  • Damage from a vehicle strike, break-in or storm
  • Fixtures, fittings and signage needing repair

How a call-out runs

You log the fault with what's damaged and any risk it creates, we assign a priority based on that risk, and an engineer is dispatched against the response time in your contract. Anything that's a trip hazard, a break-in point or a fire door out of action is made safe on arrival, then repaired or boarded up with a fixed price for the permanent fix. See response times & coverage for how priorities are set.

Doors and joinery wear predictably.

Planned servicing catches hinges, closers, frames and fittings wearing out before they fail or leave a fire door non-compliant.

Joinery servicing

Common questions.

Do you make a site safe the same day, even if the repair takes longer?

Yes. Anything creating a hazard is boarded, taped off or otherwise made safe on the first visit, with the permanent repair priced and scheduled separately.

Can you handle damage after a break-in?

Yes, damage to doors, glazing or shutters after a break-in is logged as a priority fault so the site can be secured quickly. Log any alarm or lock fault from the same incident too.

What if the repair needs a specialist, like glazing or roofing?

Log it anyway — we'll dispatch the right engineer for the trade, and coordinate the visit like any other reactive call.
