Compliance management plans
One register of every statutory and best-practice obligation, for every site you run. We own the diary, the due dates and the evidence — you get a monthly report that tells you exactly where you stand.

Why it matters
A compliance management plan turns a list of servicing contracts into one system: what's due, what's overdue, and what evidence you'd hand an auditor tomorrow, for every site.
ILUX builds and holds that register — fire risk assessments, alarm and extinguisher servicing, fire doors, emergency lighting, sprinklers, EICR and PAT testing, Legionella and water risk, and anything specific to your sector — against a single set of due dates, kept current.
What's included
- A full compliance register built from a baseline audit of every site
- Due dates for every statutory and best-practice obligation, tracked centrally
- Evidence — certificates, reports, risk assessments — held in your client portal
- A monthly status report with RAG status by site, so red items are visible before they're overdue
- A named account manager who can answer for the whole register, not one trade
- Remedial actions logged with a priority and a fixed price, tracked to close-out
The register doesn't replace the servicing — our engineers still carry out the fire alarm visits, the EICRs, the risk assessments. What the plan adds is the layer above that: the single view of whether the estate, as a whole, is where it needs to be.
The register is only useful if you can see it.
Every certificate, report and audit trail behind the plan sits in your client portal, in the format an inspector or insurer expects.
How it starts
We start with a baseline audit against the twelve compliance areas, so you see what's covered, missing and overdue before anything is agreed. Most clients bring the highest-risk areas across first and add the rest at renewal.
The register isn't static — as sites open, close or change use, we update it, so the plan stays a true picture of the estate.
Common questions.
Do you need to do all the servicing to build the plan?
It works best that way, since our engineers update the register the same day they carry out a visit. Other certificates can still be held on the register, but the dates depend on those being sent to us.
How is RAG status worked out?
Green means everything at a site is in date and evidenced. Amber means something is due soon. Red means something is overdue or a defect is outstanding — calculated straight from the register, not a judgement call.
Who sees the monthly report?
Whoever you nominate — typically the head of property or facilities, and anyone else who needs sight of estate-wide risk. It's also available in your client portal at any time, not just once a month.
What happens if the register finds we're non-compliant somewhere?
It's flagged with a priority and a fixed price to put right, the same as any other defect. Anything that's an immediate safety risk is made safe on the day it's found.
Does the plan cover sectors with extra obligations, like healthcare or education?
Yes. The baseline audit is built around your sector, so a care home or a school gets the additional checks those environments need alongside the twelve core compliance areas.
What does the account manager actually do day to day?
They own the register on your behalf — chasing anything slipping, arranging the servicing that keeps it current, and answering for compliance across the whole estate.
