Minor fire door repairs can be picked up here, but the servicing and inspection of fire doors sits under fire door servicing, so both stay properly recorded.
What counts as a joinery job versus a fit-out job?
Joinery covers upkeep and minor repair. Larger changes, like reconfiguring a space or replacing fixtures at scale, sit under fit out instead.
Are repairs quoted before work starts?
Yes. Anything beyond a same-visit minor fix is priced and confirmed before we go ahead.
