How a call-out runs
You log the fault with what's leaking or blocked and where, we assign a priority based on the impact on the site, and an engineer is dispatched against the response time in your contract. An active leak or a washroom that's completely out of use is treated as urgent. The engineer isolates and makes safe first, then repairs or agrees a fixed price for further work, reported in your client portal. See response times & coverage for how priorities are set.
Most leaks and blockages build up before they fail.
Planned servicing checks pipework, pumps and drainage runs so a slow leak or a partial blockage gets picked up before it stops a site.
Common questions.
Is a leak always treated as urgent?
An active leak affecting trading space, stock or safety is treated as our highest priority. See response times & coverage for how each level is defined.
Can you clear drains as well as fix pipework?
Yes, engineers carry rodding and jetting equipment for common blockages, and will escalate to a specialist for anything beyond that on the same job.
What if the leak has caused damage to the fabric of the building?
Log the leak first so it's stopped, then log any follow-on damage as a general fabric repair so both are tracked in your portal.
Leak or blockage today, fixed on schedule.
Log the fault and we'll confirm the priority and the engineer straight away.
